Very cut and dry. They clearly decsribed the services offered, I informed them of my needs, and they followed through exactly as expected. No selling, prying or nuisance. Using docusign made it even easier, as all forms and signature were completed online, and no meetings or appointments were necessary. If I continue to invest in rental properties I will use renters warehouse as my management company.
