Hayward Auto Care is just outstanding service. I've been going there for about two years. Ken recognizes the customer's needs and does what's necessary to meet them. It's an overall outstanding experience. He's a great guy; he's very competent and very reasonable as far as prices go.
Speaking as a former certified auto mechanic who worked in the business before going back to college and into a different profession, Ken is great. He does exactly what needs to be done and doesn't rip people off. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure everyone's needs are met and that they're happy and satisfied. If you need work done on your car, take it to him. Don't think twice about it.
