Got a flyer in the mail for a 19.95 oil change - when I called Service Dept to verify this was real - they seemed downright mystified about it - you guys need to get on same page. Item #2 - Sure Critic review website has some typing editing problems - you guys may need to quality control this - I sure the hell wont hire ya !!!
