They suck. I love their food, but this is the FOURTH time that I have called and they are "too busy to deliver". They seriously need to remove themselves from the delivery service and designate themselves as "Pickup Only".
Also, I mentioned to the employee who called me to tell me they couldn't deliver if I could speak with a manager (and told her I wasn't mad!), and she said the manager was only there in the morning M-F... not even a supervisor was available!
Ridiculous. I love Grub Hub, and I have no complaints about them at all, it's with this Quizno's location that can't get it's game straight.
