I took my truck in because of a vibration that had started. They found that the U-joint in the front driveshaft was the problem and replaced the bad part. While the truck was in being serviced the starter went out. It was under warranty, so they replaced the bad starter and during the whole process kept me informed of what was going on and when the repairs would be completed. I have been doing business here for close to 8 or 9 years and have not had a reason to complain about anything.
