I asked them to check my brakes because they were squeeking a bit. They were honest and said I'd be fine with my current pads for a while longer. It's nice to know they would not take advantage of a girl that knows nothing about cars, I've had bad experiences at other places in the past. I will be returning to Baum and recommending to friends.
