At 4:50 in the afternoon, after noticing a new "clunk" noise in my car, I drove to Barnes to see if they could find source of the noiise. I was scheduled to leave the next morning for a 5-day out-of-state trip. They quickly put my car on the lift and discovered a broken sway bar linkage.
They said they could fix it first thing in the morning, which they did! by 9:30 the next morning I had my car back with BOTH linkages replace at a very reasonably cost.
I have been using Barnes for several years and have NEVER had a bad experience or repair charge that I was unhappy with.
