Took my Highlander Hybrid in for a regular oil change and Gary suggested the 75,000 mile service since my vehicle was close to that mileage. He did a good job of describing the service and delivering on it. Al (the courtesy shuttle driver) dropped me off at Lynnwood Transit in the morning and picked me up there in the afternoon to bring me back to the dealership. He was professional, personable, and most importantly reliable. The layout of the dealership is a little clunky based on my experience of dropping off and picking up, since the space they are working in is congested. Also the facility looks a little dated compared to newer dealerships. Those are the only reason that I didn't make this a five star review. I'll be bringing my car back for service here in the future.
