My 16 yr. old A/c unit died of old age and so I referred to the yellow pages and found the ad for air america a/c and heating. I called, explained my problem and the company had a repair man at my home that same day. He examined the both units and determined that they were beyond repair. The next day a representative from the company came to my home, and he gave me the necessary information about a new rheem a/c . he was very professional, helpful and informative. Several days later I contacted him, and told him to proceed with the purchase and installation. The following day he again came to my home to have me sign the contract, and the next day two gentlemen came to my home at the exact time as promised. They were very professional, courteous and immediately started the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one. They did exactly what was outlined in my contract, and they finished the installation in the prescribed time.\r
