I called Austin Plumbing on a Monday morning. Tom Smith answered the phone. I explained that our well pump was working correctly. He said someone would be at my house between 12 and 2. I received a call from Austin at about 1:15 stating that Tom was on his way.
After a thorough evaluation, Tom determined and I agreed that the 47 year old well pump needed replacement. It was scheduled for about 9AM the next morning. It took nearly 3 hours for Tom & Tim to get the job finished. Great job! Fair price. I am happy to have reliable water again. Thank you, Tom.
