I now have concerns about the honesty of the mechanics. We used to feel good about the work performed, but now feel that we're getting estimates for work that isn't really needed. We obtained a second opinion three different times as were told that the work reported by Hancock's wasn't accurate. Will refer clients, but with reservations!
