Seven years ago I bought a Sony TV from Harlan at A&B TV. Got a great price then and the set was great. Last week we decided it was time to upgrade to a flat panel LED. Since Wal Mart and Best Buy were having some pretty good sales we thought we would try them. Bought a 47"" LG from Wal Mart and couldn't even get it to sync to my Direct TV box. Called LG Tech Support and their response was to use both the LG remote and Direct TV remote. Needless to say that set was returned that night. Next day it was off to Best Buy. Bought a 46"" Samsung. Tried to set it up and the remote wouldn't work. An hour later I took remote back back to BB and the response was "" If you would have bought the protection plan we could help you."" Took that set back and purchased another Samsung. Picture was like looking through a fog during nightime viewing. Had to readjust picture each morning and again at night. After 3 days took that set back and went to see Harlan again. I hadn't seen him in seven years but he remembered me and greeted me like an old friend. We gave him a rough idea what we were looking for and within 2 minutes he had us sold on a Sony. No pressure, no sales pitch for a high priced set, extremely knowledgeable. PLUS HE BEAT BEST BUY'S SALES PRICE ON THE SAME SONY TV BY $200. And the Sony is perfect. We love it! So if you want to save yourself time, money and aggravation go see Harlan at A&B. He's a true professional with a lot of experience in the business - not some kid just trying to make money. Harlan won't steer you wrong and will give you a great deal. I've learned my lesson.
