Every one of my meals has consisted of a dozen spectacularly good dishes -- and one spectacularly bad. Still, even the misses signify an effort to try new things, which I very much appreciate. I've been to every one of the top Mexican restaurants in the Chicago area across the price spectrum, and Salpicon is by far my favorite!
