Clean your carpets, the bedbug infested beds, the green pool that's advertised as a clean pool on your site, inform customers hat you do charge for pets ""BEFORE"" they pay for he rooms & put it on your website. \r
It's false advertisement when you advertise cleanliness but don't provide a clean environment.\r
I have bite marks on me from your bed. When you falsely advertise better conditions than what you actually provided, you need to refund the customers & let them find a cleaner hotel.\r
I paid for 5days of cleaning fee, when nobody cleaned my room for 5 days, except 'me'. I shouldn't have had to pay anything. I cleaned the room myself, because we can't afford to tip the maids. \r
Please take my thoughts & feelings into consideration\r
