David J. - that's a pretty harsh and doubtfully true accusation. I've been dealing with them for years and NEVER had a problem on or off the lot. I've even taken a large motor coach there which was laden with ""goodies."" No problem. It sounds to me like we're heard half (or less) of the story from you.
