I recently had one of my vehicles serviced here last month. There was something wrong with the engine and I researched the prices that I was quoted by Newby’s because I’m a very thorough customer. The parts and labor that Newby’s quoted were about the same everywhere I looked. Some of the aftermarket parts I found online were more affordable, but I would rather pay a little bit extra what’s recommended than have an issue down the road.\r
Newby’s put in a timing chain kit and I have driven probably 6-7k miles since with no issues. I had another vehicle that was serviced in September 2012 that needed a crankshaft senor and lower controller arm replaced and it’s running great now. \r
All in all I give Newby’s a 5/5 star review for their quality of work, competitive prices, and the fact that you truly feel like a valued customer and not just someone they want to turn over for a profit as quickly as possible.\r
