My investment property was managed by RPM North Valley and I made a big mistake.\r

There is no customer service from their staff and you have to chase them for a response. They never return phone calls or e-mails; you have to chase them for a response. They charge a coordination fee for every repair on the property of $45 and a three monthly inspection fee of $49. \r
\r
\r
\r
BEWARE of Monmar Home Services, which is the company owned by RPM, which marks up the repair fees almost by 100%. RPM North Valley are professional conmen and ask them for the real invoice, they never provided me one, since it was marked up over 100%.\r

If you suspect there are overcharging, they are and they cover it up really well.\r
\r
