I am so happy that I took my computer to these experts. I was worried when I found out my computer would not open my files and called them bad sectors. These were important files to me so I started freaking out. They were able to successfully retrieve the files I needed and also save the information to a disc so I could have for later. Once everything was recovered, they scanned my computer for the bad sectors and fixed it.
