Unfortunately, I have found out that this business is as bad as the previous reviews indicated. Christina and ""her crew"" are horrid and very unprofessional toward their customers. It's too bad they don't realize the customers are the reason they have a job and this is the year 2013 where business practices have too be respected due to consumer laws. There is other management which can be contacted as Christina is only office personnel. In due time there will be legal issues due to all the complaints, the Better Business Bureau has received, along with the Kansas attorney general's office. I agree that the fraudulent statements and practices should be put to an end by more customers who make complaints. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this business. I would tell others DON'T USE THEM and my recommendations would go from consumer to consumer.
