This company has the poorest service that I have ever delt with my entire life. I purchased 6 laser session for $99.00. I did 2 sessions with them and everything was going fine.. Until on July 17th, 2013 was my next appointment and I got a call from Julie informing me that the machine broke and they had to reschedule my appointment. On July 22nd, 2013 was the rescheduled appointment and once again Julie advised me that they couldn't take my appointment and had to reschedule. I requested a refund back for the sessions that wasn't used and Julie supposedly the manager said ""there will be no refund back you can go somewhere else if you want to"". Since I didn't want to loose my money I let her reschedule my appointment again. On July 29th, 2013, Julie contacted me once again to say the machine was broke. This is a ripoff company and Julie is so disrespectful and doesn't know the definition of customer satisfactory. Their equipment is very cheap since it's supposedly always broken. The customer service is HORRIBLE. PLEASE BE AWARE don't waste your time and money with them, it's not worth it...
