Veracity has poor customer service; the wait time on a phone call to customer service is typically very long, and no one mans the customer-service line over the weekend. The best way to get through to customer service is to call the sales line--that line is answered in two or three rings. The company is well staffed to sign more people up but not staffed to provide good service after people are locked into a contract. Also, the company drags its feet on giving credit for no-service days. Put us with those who do not recommend Veracity to anyone.
