Negative experience. Though I had very positive experience the first time I used Jim. I was quoted $65, he gave me my electronics back and I paid $65.\r

The next time I used Jim's service, he quoted me $45, then called back and said it would be another $100 to get my item fixed. Even though the item only costs $100...They basically stole $45 from me.\r
