I have just started using Clean Air Cab for the new City of Phoenix Senior Cab program for my mother. So far it is not going well. 45 late ETA was given when I called for a status, plus the excuse, ""we are very busy"". Of course I canceled, problem solved. I always give a second chance so if they get their act together, I will repost with a positive update.\r

Next day, they were less than 5 min late. So I believe this will turnaround.
