This note represents an end to a wonderful era of home ownership for our family in California. We could have never done this without your loving guiding hand over the years. We often discuss the day you showed us the property. We fell in love with the home immediately, as you knew we would, but you provided caution as the homeowners were not clear of their plans for the house following their divorce. Needless to write, we were elated when the home became available for purchase. I love that house and will always have fond memories of it and your dedicated effort to get us in it – thanks so much!\r

Lastly Christel, you have been a part of our family since 1987 and we cannot thank you and the Mast team (Olga too), for your superb property management the past three decades. To put it simply, we owe you a great debt, my friend. Please look forward to getting a gift from us as example of sincere appreciation. \r
