The Worst customer service I think I have ever experienced anywhere. I'm a commercial landscaper, and I am sure as hell not coming back to billings ever. They will do ANYTHING to avoid honoring your warranty. They have called me a liar multiple times and have told me that the reason my BRAND NEW lawn mower wouldn't start was because There was a little (and i mean minuscule) dirt in the air filter. You know, exactly where the dirt is supposed to be. The fact that they thought that i would be dumb enough to believe them is insulting. This is just one of the MANY incidences I have had with Billings, believe me.
