I'm from the Midwest, and the way they prepare their dishes is more like I would get back home. I enjoy the food here, I order from them nearly weekly.
However, the last time I ordered I received the "food being delivered" and an hour later when I called, they said they had not received my order. After a bit of cajoling, they "found" my order and told me they were busy and had missed it. 45 min later (about 3 hours after I had ordered) I received my food. I will eventually continue ordering from China Jade, but I will not be using grubhub to pre-tip for delivery. Lesson learned.
