Called to schedule a PAID service call for a Goodman unit installed by another installer because the unit was not working correctly. I wanted them to come out and fix whatever was needed. THEY REFUSED TO WORK ON A UBIT LESS THAN TWO YEARS OLD! I didnt ask for FREE, or WARRANTY... I wanted to PAY them. Makes me wonder if they want to work on old units so they can tell you "It needs to be replaced" BE CAREFUL!
