Mr. Carey David came over to the house to give me an estimate on replacing my 13 year old water heater. I was pleased at the pricing and scheduled to have a install the following Monday. Ben came out, was polite, professional and knew exactly what to do. It was a pleasure dealing with Ben Franklin Plumbing and will call of them for all of my plumbing needs.
