This company manages our HOA in Canton. We have never really had any dealings with them until now. It seems we never received our key to the pool area. We had guests visiting and wanted to take them swimming. We tried our key from last year but it did not work. We found out they are supposed to mail new keys each year. We did not get one so my wife called and asked if they could overnight one to us since we did not get one when we were supposed to. The first girl who answered the phone was very rude and said they would mail one out and it would take several days to get it. My wife then asked for her supervisor and a man named David got on the line AFTER we mysteriously got cut off and called back. He was worse than the first girl as far as rudeness. It was getting close to 5:00 on a Friday afternoon and I can understand wanting to go home but what happened next amazed me. David told my wife he would wait for her in the parking lot and his fee for taking a key to fedex was $150.00 and s more
