I took my van in because it was only making a clicking noise when I tried to start it. They quickly found the issue of a loose wire on the starter. They then said that I needed new struts in the rear of my van. I approved the repair and when they when to pull it in there were issues. I something happened and I needed a new starter and new cables to the battery. After paying for all that, a week later I had the same issue. I brought the van back and after leaving it over night. I was told they just had a loose connection.
