When you get there, they assign you a service specialist. In the past, you get there, the next available representative helps you and checks you in. Now, you have to wait for the assigned representative...so if he's helping someone else, you have to wait for him eventhough there are 3 others who are not helping anybody else. i think this is not very efficient. I like the old way of you get there and whomever is availble helps you out right away.
Also, I was quoted a 2hr service on the phone when I made my appointment and when I checked in, they said 3 and 1/2 hours. I know they probably give you an approximate wait time but an hour and a half off?
