Service Specialties were easy to get a hold of and arrange an estimate. The guy that came out was very friendly very knowledgeable. He explained everything and I chose an outside heat pump unit. The installers did a good job. They explained how everything was and everything worked. Everything has worked great since then. I would absolutely use them again. As far as prices and quality they came out the best. Service Specialties Inc. is definitely better than anything else out there. They are fair and do a good job.
