It's never a good thing when your car breaks down on a family vacation because you have no idea where to go. Fortunately we had our computer and started looking at the reviews of the shop in Branson. Wow! Most of the reviews were nightmare stories of being ripped off. Only one shop (B.A.T. Boys) showed a pattern of honesty and integrity, but You never really know till you get there, right? Well the reviews were correct. The owner, Buzz McQueen, proved to be extremely trustworthy and didn't take advantage of us, when so many would have. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
