I needed roadside service while in Marietta. Richard had a wrecker to my location and I was on the road in less than an hour. His staff was able to diagnose the engine problem but also noted several other items that would soon be a problem. I was able to get service for all the problems and my car was ready the next day. By noting the other problems while evaluating the cause of the engine failure, Richard saved me hundreds of dollars in labor costs by preventing an additional service trip that would have required that the engine be removed again.
