Called on Monday; they came on Tuesday. Came within the timeframe they said they would; called to say they were on their way; everything was explained to me about what would be done; given instructions on how to operate the new opener. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that I could understand it. No mess was left behind. Would definitely recommend this company.
