I brought my Rav4 towed to your workshop, your service guy Mr. Keith told me, the fuel pump is bad and needs replacement and would cost me 1200 $ !!! if you remember i insisted it to be taken to fox toyota, they diagnosed and found only fuel sensor was not working properly, but still could be used, i requested a quote for replacement they quoted 300$ including labor, yesterday by 11:00 am I got my car and running great, I dont know if your guy was trying to rob me or you or his skills and diagnostics not up to mark, what-so-ever its you business, it's ultimately you who is at loss. I paid you 110 $ for nothing.
