I hired Randy to fix the leaks in my roof. He threw rainbows and unicorns my way talking up a storm about how wonderful his company is and how perfect the job would be. When he completed the job he sent me photos. My property manager went to the house and the pictures he took did not match the photos Randy sent. (I'm in another state.) I contacted him and it took 2 weeks to get a response from him and he said he personally went over and fixed the problems. (For $3800 it should of been right the first place.) 4 months later and my roof is leaking again. I called him on Monday and by Friday he still hadn't returned my call. I was promised he would call me first thing Monday. This cat and mouse thing went on and on until finally I had my husband call. He jerked my husband around to. Then he had the nerve to try and charge me another $1000! Why wasn't the job done right the first time?! I decided to contact 3 other roofers to give me estimates because why would I give this guy more money?! And they all were in shock that I had just spent $3800. They said the coating was see through and peeling and the other work wasn't done that he said he did.
Randy gave us every excuse in the book. He hadn't talked to his contractor, he needed to get permission from his wife, he'd send pictures, he'd call or get this, he'd finally call us back as he was leaving his office?! Or he would return our calls at 7pm on a Saturday night.
I would NOT recommend this company to my worse enemy. I have a lot of photo's and a video I will be posting on all the media outlets I can utilize to get the word out there about this company.
I tried to work this out professionally but trust me when I say, Customer service is not a priority if there is a problem.
