Cool Air Technologies installed a new AC central air system at my home. I initially decided to go with them because the estimate process was very upfront and thorough compared to other companies. The guy giving the estimate showed me every minute detail of the work to be done, which I really appreciated.
The work was done well overall, but I can't give a perfect score for the total experience. Unfortunately, the servicemen damaged one of my walls with a tool, didn't do much of a followup after finishing, and replaced my original, fairly high-end thermostat with one of a lower quality.
