Schmidt Mechanical Group's service was pretty darn good. I had a special circumstance so they did an outside-the-ordinary job. They came over and did it and it turned out all good. They also came out and did the annual service recently. I've been a customer for about three or four years now. There is no confusion, no hidden fees. It's just what they tell it will be. They work with the customers to meet their needs.
