Had a trouble free experience- not an easy thing to do these days. Dave was great, he answered the phone and helped me the whole way. didn't realize that he was the General Sales Manager, but that is a big deal (I was told). Helped me find the car I wanted, worked out a great price, and the financing rate that Dan got me was better than my credit union. So far I have had the car for a week now. No problems with it, and they have called me several times to make sure I am happy. Its great to find that customer service isn't dead. Love the looks of my new fusion and I feel good about my buying experience with Colley Ford.
