I came to Shawnee from another local dealer, who shall remain anonymous. Shawnee was a huge step up. The purchase process was painless and friendly. Good so far, but at some places the friendliness seems to end there. But I am greeted every time I come in, the service department is awesome, even coming out and tightening some bolts I did not have the right sized star socket for at no charge. Everyone, including all the customers, is friendly and helpful, and the whole place is just a nice place to visit. Keep up the good work
