I would like to thank you for making my home purchase through you, a very simple and pleasurable experience. I had heard nothing but negatives about having a home built by a contractor, but my dealings with Kintner were absolutely wonderful. From day one, I felt totally comfortable with the staff. Any questions I had through the whole process, were answered promptly. Krystal was extremely helpful whenever there was anythingI needed assistance with. The contractors on site were as professional as could be. They were extremely polite, and took time to explain anything I wasn't sure of. Even my neighbors commented on their professionalism. I am constantly having people tell me how well built the house itself is. Other contractors live near by, and when they stop to talk, they tell me how during the different stages of setting the home, they saw things done as good as they have ever seen. Even the lawyer at settlement, stated Kintner was the only contractor he had never heard bad things about. You should feel very good about yourselves, that today, with how most things are run you are doing it the very best. I can honestly say, that I am only the second person I know out of many others that have had homes built, that would build a home again. Thank you again for making this so easy and rewarding.
