I contacted Paul before I was ready to file for disability. However it was just a matter of time. When I called Paul answered the phone (wasn't expecting that), I gave him some information about my situation. I have rare neurological disorder in which he said he had not heard of. So, he recommend I make appointment & bring medical records. When I get there both Paul & Tatiana met with me. They had already done some research regarding my disorder, Tatiana went through medical records and was doing research & Paul and I discussed my situation, Tatiana with a better understanding of my disorder explained more to Paul. Like I said I wasn't quite ready to file. They gave me very good advise, No pressure, when I was ready let them know. Within about 6/months. I was then forced to file. When I called for their assistance on how to proceed short explanation they remembered me. Paul or Tatiana always answered the phone when I called and both were equally able to assist me. I had expected it to take about 1 - 2 years it was 3 months. I really appreciate everything they did. Every time I called they answered the phone. Personal service beyond what you would expect... Cannot thank Paul & Tatiana enough. Highly recommend....\r
