This experience with Randy at shift rite and my sons Saturn Vue transmission started the first of the year of 2013 and the vehicle is still siting in storage with the transmission broke 05\13. My son brought it back to Randy he said it's a wiring problem computer problem. [The vehicle was on a road for two months] and he would not warranty it.I asked him maybe that was a problem in the first place he just shrugged his shoulders I thought I was bringing it to a professional service center. So I sat down with Randy and said what would it take to get the car running again to change the computer or wiring he said around $400-$600 i sad okay do it a month he had the car and $460 later the car lasted for two days then the transmission went out on it. This is bad business\r

I just found out today that the rebuilt transmission that cost over $6,000.00 that's correct over $6,000.00 was a used transmission that was installed instead of a rebuilt thats what he sad in his response letter to the BBB.
