I have used RMQL on three prior occasions and have been very pleased with service. Today was awful. Staff are miserable, almost like they hate their job. they need a class in customer service!! My total bill was $93 just for an oil change and two filters. The filters were shown as priced at $10 in the store but when I checked out I was charged almost $50 for the two. If they were not standard filters I should have been told the price up front and feel the $10 sign in the store is misrepresentation.\r
I had lost my punch card which would have given me credits towards a free service. When I asked about a replacement the person said ""no we don't do that"" but it would have been a simple thing to look in their computer to determine my prior visits. I am disgusted and wont be back.
