When I moved back to the big city from my little town in Eastern Washington, I was in desperate need of an esthetician to help with my...landscaping. Then, I met Lucy. She does an amazing job keeping me calm (as I have a very low pain tolerance) and comfortable. Her work is fantastic. And, she is conveniently located in Downtown Bellevue! I am actually on my way to see her later today. :) Thank you, Lucy! You always make me pretty when I leave Salon Bella!!!
