Had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my luggage repaired. Annette was really easy to work with and helped me with my warranty through Hartmann. The craftsmanship was outstanding, my luggage was badly damaged and after getting it repaired at North Hills Shoe and Luggage no damage is detectable.
