I've been trying to buy a car from these guys for three days. Their iternet sales guy is just never able to get me a quote or put things together so I can make a purchase. After three days of this he refers me to a sales manager. Things are moving forward when he points out they sold the car I thought I was buying, and they don't have another like it. I'd expect an apology at this point, or at least some statement of misunderstanding. Instead I get berated for thinking they would hold a car for me and this was clearly my fault. I don't need this, I'd been trying to buy this car for days. Today they lost my business....
