The service of this company is absolutly terrible. For an entire month they did not show up on the day they were scheduled. I had to call because we ran out of water. The last time I was on vacation when I got a call that the warehouses were out of water again and Crystal Springs had not shown up. I had to take time from my vacation to find out why and get water to the warehouses. I then cancelled our service. At which time I was told they would come and pickup their equipment on Friday. The following Wednesday they still had not picked up the equipment. I called again and was told they would be here on Thursday morning. It is now Friday and the equipmemt is still sitting in our warehouses. The local management does not follow through on there statements. I will never use this service again, and would highly recommend no one else does.
