Rich was a great sales rep with a great personality. He approached while we were looking at the Crosstour and looked in to seeing if we could get out of our current lease. Sure enough we are walking away with a new 2013 Honda Accord. Would reccommend Rich to any family or friend to see if looking for a new car.
